adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.miui.guardprovider

# 卸载运营商与使用时长遥测助手
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.mobiletools.systemhelper

结果验证：运行 adb shell ps -A | grep -E "guardprovider|systemhelper"，确认两进程已彻底死亡且不再被 Alarm 唤醒拉起。

由于云控与OTA仍可能自动恢复这些模块，最彻底的方案仍然是换手机或者刷机。
