Unit 2 Good habits (The first period) 一、教学内容: Story time 教学目标: 1.能听懂、会读、会说单词: habit, early, never, tidy, messy, put…in order, finish, always, sleepy, bad, fast, late. 2.能正确理解:朗读课文并可以根据提示复述课文内容. 3.能尝试根据所学短语和句型来描述自己的习惯。 4.能初步根据提示写出好的习惯。 5.能分清好坏习惯,并知道以好的习惯来要求自己,让自己拥有更 多好的习惯。 二、教学重点: 1.能听懂、会读、会说单词: habit, early, never, tidy, messy, put…in order, finish, always, sleepy, bad, fast, late. 2.能正确理解、朗读课文并可以根据提示复述课文内容。 三、教学难点: 1.能尝试根据所学短语和句型来描述自己的习惯。 2.能初步根据提示写出好的习惯。 3.能分清好坏习惯,并知道以好的习惯来要求自己,让自己拥有更 多好的习惯。 四、课前准备:图饰,多媒体(PPT)五、教学过程: Step 1 Warm up 1. Greetings: Hello! / Good morning. Nice to meet you. 2. Show the learning aims. 3. Free talk: I am your new English teacher. Do you want to know me well? (强调know well) When? What? Where? How? Do? S-T,T-S (初步学习: early, finish, tidy, messy) T: What are we talking about? Hobbies? Habits? 揭题: Unit 2 Good habits Step 2 Story time 1. Watch and find. T: Here comes Wang Bing and Liu Tao. What habits do they have? (Watch the cartoon and try to find the habits. ) 2. Read and underline. T: There are more habits in the story. Please read the story again and try to find them out. S: ... (Learn: never,always,put … in order) T-S: Say a chant. 3. Listen and match: What habits does Wang Bing/ Liu Tao have? Ss: ... 4. What are the good/ bad habits? Ss: ... (Learn: bad, sleepy) Step3 Reading time . a. Listen and repeat .b. Read in groups. C. Show time. Step 4 Retell the story. a. Choose one to say. b. Retell with your partners. Step5 Consolidation 1. Think and talk T: OK,class. We know Liu Tao has some good habits,but he also has bad habits. He wants to do better. Can you help him? S: Liu Tao, you should/shouldn’t/ can/can T: Now, what good/ bad habits do you know? Let’s discuss in groups. S: I know... is a good/bad habit. 2. Try to write. T: You say a lot of things about good habits. Now let’s make a video to let all of us have more good habits. Let’s open your cards. Write the good habits on the card. Let’s share our cards in class.
