高中英语核心词汇打卡Day4

很多同学高中三年最痛的卡点：单词永远在背、永远在忘。早上刚背完的30个词，中午刷题全眼熟、全不会写；明明背过无数遍，完形、阅读里见到依旧“似曾相识、想不起意思”。 其实，不是你记忆力差，是你一直在用最低效的死记硬背。 真正适合高中生、提分最快的单词记忆法，根本不是“反复抄写、机械朗读”。

最好的方式是“少时高频”

背一天单词，留存的其实只是最开始前30分钟你记背的那20-30十个

所以，有经验的老师都会推荐学生每天最多记背20-30和，且还要重复，每天在语境中看到和使用

拒绝“一次性背诵”，用「间隔重复法」 绝大多数同学背单词翻车的原因：集中狂背、一次性背完、再也不复习。 

人脑的遗忘规律非常固定：不复习的单词，24小时内遗忘率高达70%。

 高效记忆节奏（高中生直接照做） 

第1天：初次认识、过一遍词义

第2天：快速复盘旧词

第4天：二次巩固-

第7天：最终锁定 不需要你花成倍时间，只需要把时间“打散复习”。

同样30分钟，死记硬背是短暂记忆，间隔重复是长期考场记忆。
