关于自己
除了必须要做的工作，学习，我自己最想坚持的就是锻炼：跑步，瑜伽...任何形式的运动都可以，如何平衡生活的节奏也是自己要思考的点。
对女儿的学习状态和我的期望
周末和我们家的“大小姐”谈了几个协议，现在她目前的阶段是提升学习方式方法的问题，这个也是她的短板。小学的时候，按照老师的节奏还能混一个优秀，所以学习上没给她什么压力，基本就是作业完成了就是玩。现在上初二了，学习内容和节奏也完全不一样了。现在刚混进重点班，这里面都是学习高手，具体细节她自己清楚，我就不描述了。所以提升学习方法的重要性也是不言而喻了。
沟通的细节就不在这里表达了，特别是数学，她心里清楚。方式方法是可以找到，难的是改变，所以走出这第一步非常关键，不过我已经看到了向好的趋势了。
首先是作息：睡前也开始放下手机了，无论是周内还是周末，作息已经开始往好的方向改了；
其次是学习：英语我们也定好了时间，周日打算和表弟一起读《时文阅读》了；数学单元专项训练她爸也买好了，薄弱项目，也可以和表弟一起探讨学习，共同成长。
最后关于温暖：周六晚我们也定好了家庭温馨时间，这个饭后时间段，大家都放下手机和其他的琐碎，沿着公园，沿着海边，感受大自然的气息。让一家人真正意义上走在一起。
我们一起守护自己的专注力，每天挑战一件难的事情，并且有始有终地去完成它，加油！这个精神也刚好和今天的时文主题很契合。张雪从修理店学徒到世界冠军，也是一路挫折不断，披荆斩棘！
