An old man lived in a big house
In the house, there were many mice. The old man didn't like mice. He bought a cat. Every day, the cat caught lots of mice and ate them. The old man was very happy. But the mice were sad. An old mouse said, “What should we do? We must do something.” Many mice talked a lot about what they should do. At last, a young mouse said, “We must tie a bell to the cat. When the cat comes near, we can hear the sound of the bell and run away quickly.” “That's a good idea. But who will do it?” asked the old mouse. The mice looked at each other and stopped talking.
