LBS硕士面试题库汇总与准备建议

申请 LBS（伦敦商学院）MiM / MFA / MAM / MIF 的同学，走到面试这一步，说明你的院校背景、GRE / GMAT 和文书已经过了一轮筛选。

但 LBS 的面试，是整个申请里最"不像考试"的一关：没有题库、没有标准答案、由校友一对一完成，时长 45 分钟到 2 小时不等。它考的从来不是"你有多优秀"，而是"你像不像一个 LBS 人"。

我把近几个申请季 MiM / MFA / MAM / MIF 四个项目的真人面经全部拆开重组，整理成 6 大板块、78 道真题，并从面经里反推出面试官真正在打的分数。

▪️校友面试（Alumni Interview）：面试官由招生办从校友库中匹配，几乎一定是和你背景高度相似的人——同为文转商、同为 IBD、同为咨询、同一个行业线

▪️时长 45–60 分钟；聊得投机可以到 2 小时

▪️线上（Zoom / Teams）或线下（校友办公室、咖啡厅）。能线下就别线上，面对面的眼神和语气更容易建立 connection

▪️ 面试开始前需核验带照片的身份证件（护照），这也是全英交流能力的第一个信号

▪️ 面试官已经读过你的全套材料：CV、Essay、网申里的大小问答，全部在桌上

▪️ 正装（business formal / business casual），线上面试同样要注意上半身与背景

▪️15 秒亮观点：直接回答，别绕。LBS 的面试官非常反感铺垫三分钟还没进正题

▪️60 秒讲一件事：情境–任务–行动–结果。结果尽量带数字，行动尽量带你自己的判断

▪️15 秒回扣：一句 take-away，顺手接到 LBS —— 这一步是大多数人漏掉的加分项

LBS 的校友面试官，心态其实是"选人"而不是"淘汰人"。他们不是来压你的，是来找一个"毕业后还愿意一起喝咖啡、聊项目"的人。

所以别把面试当成考试去背，把它当成一次四十五分钟的双向了解：你讲清楚你想去哪、为什么是这里、你能带来什么；他告诉你这条路真实的样子。
