Beginners can finish the operation easily. ✅ 1. Equipment Inspection Check the whole machine carefully for paint peeling, deformation and damage during transportation. Confirm all wire joints are tight and no loose lines to avoid hidden dangers. ✅ 2. Remove Safety Accessories Take off all factory safety buckles, handles and locking bolts. Never start the machine with locked parts, or the hydraulic structure will be damaged. ✅ 3. Power Connection Adopt 3 live wires & 1 neutral wire industrial connection. Operate with power off, insulate lines and fasten all interfaces. Double check before startup. ✅ 4. Hydraulic Oil & Motor Debugging Fill with No.46 hydraulic oil to the standard scale. Keep the motor running direction consistent with the red arrow. Swap two live wires if reversed. Check for abnormal noise and oil leakage. ✅ 5. Remove Upper Liner Release pressure, turn off the hydraulic switch and open manual mode. Slowly lift the lever to push out and take off the liner smoothly. Do not use brute force. ✅ 6. Machine Trial Run Repeat pressing and lifting the lever 2-3 times. Check the piston operation, vibration, noise and oil leakage. The machine is ready for formal use if all works well.
