今天聊一个外贸新人最头疼、却又最重要的事:写开发信。这是和客户的第一次触达,第一印象全靠它。
很多人对写邮件是非常棘手,盯着屏幕半天也不知从哪里下手。其实开发信真的有套路,能让你写得出去、发得出去、更容易被客户看到。当然,对方不了解你、不信任你,不回复太正常了,但不要灰心,至少我们得踏出第一步。
一、开发信的核心原则: 短而精简,突出重点
外国客户几乎每天收到几十上百封邮件,内容太长不看、太绕直接删。其实开发信就就几大要素:
介绍自己我是谁,什么公司
卖什么产品,有什么优势
我能给你产生什么样的价值
基本就这些,我感觉再讲其他的多一句都是多余。
二、万能开发信结构(直接套用)
简单问候
说明你从哪知道他
介绍自己 + 主营产品
一句亮点(价格 / 质量 / 交期 / 服务)
附上资料或报价邀请
礼貌收尾
注意:不用自我介绍长篇大论,不用公司历史吹半天,客户只关心:你有没有他要的东西或者您的产品以及优势成功吸引到他,能帮他解决困扰。
三、极简模板,新手直接抄
(你只需要替换产品名和信息)
第一封:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm XXX from XXX company. Hope this email finds you well. We got your information from the platform and know you are in the XXX market.
We are a professional supplier of XXX products with stable quality and competitive price.We can support small orders and fast delivery for your market.
Attached is our product catalog for your reference.If you are interested, we can send the best quotation.Looking forward to your reply.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is XXX from XXX company.
Glad to know you from my friend Alex(客户一种真实亲切的感觉,是朋友介绍的)that you are sell XXX in Mexico.We are leading professional manufacture of 产品 in China more than 16 years.
We are happy to share you our New hot selling A and B in UK, A and B is very similar to 客户已卖过的产品, but price is much cheaper than it (产品 亮点); and the 2nd distributor XXX company in UK have always bought us 40HQ every month instead of XXX. 这三封是我常用模板,熟练后形成自己的逻辑,再按新核心原则和结构优化,肯定会有提升。

!!!很多人发完第一封邮件客户没回就放弃了。其实找到客户后要持续跟进,用专业度让客户多维度熟悉我们。就像人与人不可能只打个招呼就建立合作,坚持下去,总有一次你的产品、价格、态度刚好契合客户需求,机会自然就来了。
做外贸,拼的从来不是一时的运气,而是日复一日的耐心与坚持。不急于求成,不轻言放弃,慢慢跟进,持续发光,客户总会看见你💛
