第二节 书面表达
A possible version:
Dear M ar k ,
Knowing that you are upset because of the relationship with your parents, I feel quite sorry.
Actually I’ve been there before. But things get better now, so I’d like to offer some suggestions to help you
out.
My parents, typical Chinese parents, have always taken good care of me, from head to toe. What used
to annoy me most was their particular attention on my academic grades, which put me under great pressure,
or even drove me crazy.
Now, something is different. With a listening ear and an open heart, we start to communicate, because
we both realize the key to a good family relationship lies in mutual understanding. Bearing gratitude in
mind is also a big change for me, since I clearly see my parents’ unconditional love hidden behind their
caring behavior, which has been mistaken by me before.
I sincerely hope the advice mentioned above will help you improve your family relationship, and I
believe you will do it well.
Best wishes.
Yours,
Li Hua

W: Good afternoon, shoppers! This is a special request from the security department
here at Wal-Mart. We hope you are finding everything you are looking for, but right
now, we need your help. We are looking for a 12-year-old boy named Brandon
McSorley. Brandon, if you can hear this, please go to the security desk. Your mom is
looking for you. All other guests, please take a moment to help us find Brandon. His
mother Sally was last with him in the frozen foods section about 10 minutes ago, and
she thinks he is still somewhere in the store, possibly in the toys section or the
sporting goods section. Brandon is wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, white shoes, and a
