Umbrella organization: 伞式组织：
It supports the Board of Director in managing the entire bank.
该组织为董事会管理整个银行提供支持。
Some members of the umbrella organization are simultaneously( 同 时 地 )
members of the Board of Directors.

Joseph Fieldman is one of the members of the Board of Directors.

Clients are normally private and public institutions as well as medium-sized

The compensation of the members of the Board of Directors will be

decides in the compensation of the senior managers of the group.
