1.When I was in the eighth grade,I took part in an English speech contest in my school .My English teacher helped me choose a proper topic for my English speech .And she spared time to practice with me every day.

2.I had to deal with cultural differences when I was studying abroad .However difficult it was,I never gave up.I turned to local people and took notes carefully.And I always paid much attention to them when I meet people .

3.I had trouble in dealing with the physics problem .My physics teacher noticed that and came to guide and show me some ways .

4.I joined the reading club and was required to share a book once a week .Thus I began to pick up books actively and read carefully.The event really helped a lot .I gained much and formed a good habit because of it.

5.I trained hard .No matter it was rainy or snowy,I kept running for forty minutes every morning .In fact,insisting is a hard job.I felt too tired to go on sometimes.However,nothing in the world is easy.Takinga deep breath,I ran out as usual .
