Notice
To relieve the heavy mental stress from study, our school English association has
invited Curry Smith, an expert from England, to deliver a speech.

第二节 （满分25分）As we walked back into the store, my heart was so heavy. However, encouraged
by my mom, I gathered the courage and apologized to the store owner. Much to my
surprise, the owner came up with（想出）an idea that he would give me the book as
a reward for helping him in the store. Following his instructions carefully, I worked
hard by dusting（擦去······的灰尘）book covers and arranging books neatly on the

When I finished my summer job, the owner handed me the book with a smile. I

the significance of my efforts. As I walked out of the store, the sign seemed to smile
