九、告知信
告知信多是从个人角度出发，将对方想要了解的事情告诉对方，让对方知道。告知信通
常分为两类：1.告知某人有某事将要发生；2.回复某人关于某事的询问。具体写作结构如下：
1．开头句
(1)It’s a pleasure for me to inform you of...我很高兴地通知你……
(2)I am writing to inform you of some relevant details.我写信是想告诉你一些相关的细节。
(3)I can’t wait to share some relevant details with you.我迫不及待地想和你分享一些相关的细
节。
(4)I am quite willing to inform you of some relevant details.我很愿意告诉你一些相关的细节。
(5)I’m so happy to know that...from your letter，so I’m writing to tell you some relevant
details.我很高兴从你的信中得知……，所以我写信告诉你一些相关的细节。
(6)Having learned that...，I can’t wait to share some relevant details with you.得知……，我迫
不及待地想和你分享一些相关的细节。
(7)No sooner had I learned that...than I couldn’t wait to share some relevant details with you.我刚
得知……就迫不及待地想和你分享一些相关的细节。
(8)I’m very glad/delighted/more than pleased to receive your email/letter ， in which you
expressed great interest in...I’m quite/perfectly willing to share with you some information about
it.我很高兴收到你的电子邮件/信，在电子邮件/信中你表示对……很感兴趣。我很乐意和你
分享一些有关它的信息。
2．中间句
(1)Some details regarding/concerning...are as follows.一些关于……的细节如下。
(2)．..will take place between...and...，so we’d better...……将在……和……之间进行，所以
我们最好……
(3)A wide range of meaningful activities will be held in...，including...，which are bound to
appeal to enthusiasts like you.将在……举办多种多样包括……在内的有意义的活动，这些活
动一定会吸引像你一样的爱好者。
(4)．..is arranged to start from...，which will last...安排……从……开始，为期……3．结尾句
