二、课时分析
本课时是义务教育灵通版(pep)小学英语教科书五年级下册的第一单元第四课时,依
然围绕“My day”这个话题展开内容。包括 Let’s try,Let’s talk和Ask the question and
then pass it on.三个板块。
Let’s try是听力训练,是为Let’s talk部分做铺垫的。Let’s talk是围绕本单元的总话题
My day展开的第一个对话场景,即Sarah与Shopkeeper谈论有关Sarah的周末活动的对话,
呈现了What do you do on the weekend? 的句型。通过shopkeeper询问Sarah的周末活动
情况,引出了Sarah对自己通常在周末一系列活动的详细介绍,使学生们了解到Sarah是一
个很懂事、孝顺、善良、勤快、刻苦用功的好女孩,为学生们树立了一个非常好的目标形
象,从而教育学生们在家一定要向Sarah学习,懂得为家人分担家务,做好自己力所能及
的事情。Ask the question and then pass it on.是为专项训练句型When do you…?创作的
问答表演活动,用以巩固重点句型的熟练程度。
本课时是整个单元B部分的首课时,在本单元B部分中起引领与铺垫作用,重点掌握
what do you do on the weekend?的问答句型和一些常用动词短语。对话中呈现了一个问句
多个回答的对话情景,加深了学生对该句型的认知度,
接下来是一个活动版块,学生们以拉火车的形式进行传递式问答活动,如此这样,每
个同学既能练习到回答句型,又能练习到询问句型,一举两得,并且增进相互了解与学习
友谊,加深了同学之间的情感学习的氛围。
五年级的学生,有着三、四年级的学习英语的经历,具备一定的语言感知能力,并且
在学习A部分打下了一定的知识基础,因此我准备依然采用多次呈现对话情景动画,通过
声形并茂的方式,感染学生,使学生在新授之前,就可以了解对话内容,再鼓励学生模仿
表演对话,感知新句型的应用功能,最后再提炼重点句型,通过游戏活动加以巩固。
三、课时目标
1.能够在PPT课件与教师的帮助下理解对话的大概意思。
2.能够根据正确的语音、语调、意群朗读对话,并且能够进行角色表演活动。
3.能够在真实情景中灵活运用句型What do you do on the weekend? I often… 针对周末
活动提出问题,并且能适当运用频度副词回答问题。
4.能够正确理解 Why are you shopping today? That sounds like a lot of fun. You’re so
busy! You need a robot to help you! 的意思,并且能够正确朗读。

五、教学准备
1.教师准备网络资源动画课件、PPT课件、录音机以及录音磁带、图卡、词卡、作为奖励的小贴画。
2.学生自己准备人物头饰。
六、教学过程
1.课前热身

设计意图:把学生们日常所做的事情编成儿歌,学生们非常喜欢,而且孩子们不仅仅在课
上背诵,在课下做游戏的时候,例如跳皮筋,跳绳,或者是拍皮球的时候,它们的嘴里都
在唠唠叨叨的说个不停,一天里不知重复多少遍,照这样,两三天的时间,学生们都能够
倒背如流了。利用这种方式,把新学过的动词短语,不断填充进去,就像注入了新鲜血液
学生们喜欢不断更新,这样才感觉更有意思,不乏味。
2.导入
(1)语言导入T:Boys and girls, Do you often help your mum at home?
Ss:Yes.
T:What do you often do for your mum?
S1:I often help my mum clean the room.
S2:I often help my mum wash the clothes.
S3:I often help my mum cook eggs for lunch.

T:Well done. Do you want to know what Sarah often help her mum do?

T:OK. Let’s look at these pictures, please.
设计意图:询问学生们在家里帮助妈妈做什么事情,对于这个话题,学生们很兴奋,都想
在老师面前表现自己的能力,所以学生们都会争着抢着回答老师的问题,同学们相互做了
了解,但还是意犹未尽,老师适时引出新话题,大家想不想知道Sarah在家里帮助妈妈做
什么,由此倒入听力部分。
(2)播放录音,选择正确图片。
T:Watch these pictures. Who can speak them?
S1:The left picture is a shop.
S2:The right picture is a school.
S3:The middle picture is a library.
T:That’s right. Now let’s listen carefully and say where Sarah is.

设计意图:请学生们先观察三幅图片,先能清楚每幅图片分别是什么地方,再有的放矢,
带着问题提录音,学生们很容易听明白对话内容,并且能够独立完成对图片的正确选择。

3. 新课呈现
(1)播放网络资源动画课件,模仿跟读对话。
T:Boys and girls, this is Sarah and this is a shopkeeper of the shop. What
are they talking about? Watch and listen to them. Then read after them.
Ss:Yes, Mrs Zhang.
设计意图:通过网络,我找到了与课文相符的动画课件,在课上首先给学生们播放动画,
孩子们兴奋不已,通过动画形式展现Sarah与Shopkeeper的对话活动,学生们学习很直观,
很感兴趣,容易理解对话内容。
(2)播放PPT课件,教师点拨。
T:Why are you shopping today?中的why是特殊疑问词,汉语意思是“为什
么”,常用于对事情的原因进行提问,其回答常用because开头,有时也可以省略,还可以用so。
My mum worked last night.中的last night是时间短语,其汉语意思是“昨天晚
上”,worked是work的动词过去式,这是一个表示过去时态的句子。
So I’m shopping today.中的so是引导连词,汉语意思是“因此;所以”,可以
引导一个句子。
What do you do on the weekend?中的on the weekend是时间短语,其汉语意
思是“在周末”;第一个do是助动词,用来帮助实意动词构成问句的必不可少
的小助手;第二格do是实意动词,其汉语意思是“做”,与特殊疑问词what
构成固定句型“What…do?”,译为“……做什么?”。
I often watch TV and play ping-pong with my father. 此句中的often是频度副
词,其汉语意思是“经常”,放在主语与谓语之间,watch TV和play ping-
pong是两个动词短语,用并列连词and连接,在该句中同时作谓语,with是介
词,其汉语意思是“和……一起”。
That sounds like a lot of fun.此句中的that是代指上文提到过的某件事情;
sounds是sound的第三人称单数,译为“听起来”,是系动词,后面跟形容词,
构成系表结构;a lot of = lots of,译为“许多;大量”,后面跟名词或名词
短语。
设计意图:这段对话中有很多学生们以前很少接触甚至从未见过的形式,为了节省课堂中
的新授课时间,我采用播放自制PPT课件,并且伴随讲解点拨对话中的重点与难点,这样
学生会在很短的时间内打包并接受,我还在课前把相关内容打印出来,分发给每个学生,
一生一份,以便成为他们慢慢消化的好助手。
(3)小组活动,相互质疑解答。
T:Who can ask some questions about this dialogue? Who can answer the questions. Now please
ask and answer in your groups.

S3:What’s the meaning of “cook dinner” in Chinese, please?

设计意图:
小组内解答完毕,组与组问答比赛,鼓励每个小组提问比较难的问题,以加减分的形式,
评出优胜小组,颁发精品小贴画予以鼓励。
设计意图:组内质疑解答这一环节很有必要,因为老师在前面讲的内容,由于学生接受能
力有差异,通过在小组内展开质疑解答活动,可以起到查漏补缺的绝妙作用。
(4)竞选翻译官。
A.竞选汉语翻译官。B.竞选英语翻译官。
游戏方案:将学生分成四个人一组,首先学生1朗读英语,学生2 译成汉语,学生3和学
生4做评判,四名学生轮流翻译,竞争汉语翻译官。完毕之后,学生 1说汉语,学生2翻
译成英语,学生3和学生4做评判,四名学生再轮流竞争英语翻译官。
最后,教师扮演面试官,选出最佳翻译官,颁发精品小贴画予以鼓励。设计意图:学英语,最直接的目标,就是做翻译官,这对学生来说,是一个比较现实版的
鼓励和促进,更容易帮助孩子们树立自信心。
(5)扮演角色,练习对话。
(1)播放录音,模仿跟读。
(2)分角色朗读。
A.老师扮演Sarah,学生扮演shopkeeper;
B.老师扮演佩shopkeeper,学生扮演Sarah;
C.女生扮演Sarah,男生扮演Shopkeeper;
D.女生扮演Shopkeeper,男生扮演Sarah。
(3)小组表演对话。
两个人一组,自选人物头饰,分别扮演Sarah和Shopkeeper。
首先给学生们充足的时间,进行对话情景表演练习,要求最终达到脱稿表演,然后,以小
组为单位,在全班汇演,评出优胜小组,颁发精品小贴画予以鼓励。
设计意图:学生们最喜欢做游戏,尤其是扮演角色,把课本内容演变为剧本,让孩子们尽
情展示自我表演技能,是孩子们乐此不彼的事情,这种寓学于乐,是学生们最渴望接受的
学习方式,因此,事半功倍,势在必得。
4.操练
PPT课件,展示教课本中的两幅图和两组问答对话,以及六个动词短语。
(1)播放PPT课件,学生跟读录音数遍。
(2)播放PPT课件,学生练习为PPT配音数遍。
(3)小组游戏活动。
将全班分成七个人一组,每个人抽取一张动词短语卡片,每一次都要根据自己抽取的动词
卡片里的内容进行回答,然后再提问下一个组员。

每练习完毕一次,组员们把短语卡片放在一起,打乱顺序,再重新抽取卡片,然后继续练
习问答活动。
设计意图:学生们喜欢拉小火车这个问答游戏活动,操作简单易学,问答句重复性比较强,
因此,学生们在刚开始练习时,速度比较慢,二、三遍下来,学生们都熟练了,自然而然,
学生们熟悉过程与细节了,语速逐渐加快,增加了学生们对于重点句型的掌握程度,锻炼
学生们适应真实的语言环境,提高学生们是用英语进行对话的交际能力。
