oil.
◆ Cover the bottle and place it in hot water.
◆ When the water cools down, move the bottle to a warm area and leave it there for at least two
hours.
◆ Pour the mixture onto a thin piece of cotton cloth on top of a dark bottle. Let the oil go
through the cloth into the bottle. Now you get your homemade mint oil.

by Yuval Noah Harari. It’s a fascinating introduction to human history,
