为什么要用it作形式宾语？

英语母语表达的核心逻辑是避免“头重脚轻”，当真正的宾语是冗长的不定式、动名词或that从句时，如果直接放在及物动词后面，就会出现“动词+超长宾语+短短宾补”的失衡结构，读起来节奏断裂、表达拖沓。

因此英语形成了固定优化规则：我们会先在动词后加一个短小的it作形式宾语占位，把真正冗长的宾语挪到句子末尾，让“动词+it+宾补”的前半部分紧凑利落，后半部分承载核心信息，完全贴合母语者的表达习惯，也让句子逻辑更清晰。

一、主语 + 认为类动词 + it + 形容词 + （for sb.）to do/that从句

使用场景：

该句型是写作中表达个人观点、作出评价的高频结构，通过宾补的形容词直接对后面不定式或从句描述的整件事的难度、重要性作出判断，是议论文提分的常用句式。

高频动词：

find, think, consider, feel, make

高频形容词：

difficult, easy, important, necessary, possible, natural, right, unbelievable

例句：

I find it hard for me to remember all these new English words in such a short time.

我发现自己很难在这么短的时间里记住所有这些新英语单词。

We consider it very important to develop a good habit of taking notes in English class.

该句型用于把后面整件事定性为一个具体的身份、责任或事实，表达态度的郑重感更强，在演讲稿、观点类作文中使用会让表达更有分量。

高频名词：

a rule, a duty, a fact, a pleasure, an honor, a priority, a tradition

例句：

I make it a rule that I read at least 3 pages of English novels every night before going to bed.

我把每天睡前至少读3页英文小说定为自己的习惯。

We all regard it our duty to help the people in need around us.

我们都认为帮助身边有需要的人是我们的责任。

三、主语 + 喜好类动词 + it + when/if从句

使用场景：

这是高考单选、语法填空的高频考点，专门用于表达对某一种具体场景、情况的喜好或厌恶，这类动词不能直接后面接when/if从句，必须先加it作形式宾语衔接。

高频动词：

like, love, enjoy, hate, dislike, appreciate

例句：

I hate it when people interrupt others while they are speaking.

我很讨厌别人在别人讲话的时候打断对方。

四、主语 + 动词 + it + as + 名词/形容词 + that从句

使用场景：

该句型用于正式表达对某件事的定位与认知，在书面阅读、议论文写作中高频出现，能体现表达的严谨性。

高频动词：

regard, consider, see, recognize

例句：

We regard it as absolutely necessary that every student should take part in the after-school sports activities.

我们认为每个学生都参加课后体育活动是绝对有必要的。

The public sees it as a great achievement that our country has sent so many astronauts into space.

公众把我国把这么多宇航员送入太空这件事看作一项伟大成就。

该句型用于向某人解释、说明、转述一件事，避免直接把冗长的that从句放在动词和to sb.之间造成结构混乱，是完形填空的高频考点结构。

高频动词：

explain, mention, report, owe

例句：

He explained it to us that he was late for the morning class because he helped an old man on the way.

他向我们解释，他早上迟到是因为路上帮助了一位老人。

I owe it to my English teacher that I can make such rapid progress in my English study.
