什么是 Skill？
●本质：Skills 是你交付给 AI Agent 的精简、精准的指令集，让 Agent 能够按照资深工程师的习惯和规范来工作（Skills are small， sharp instructions you hand your coding agent so it works the way a senior engineer would）。
●核心作用：每一个 Skill 固化了一个良好的工程习惯（比如审视方案、撰写 Spec、审查 Diff），确保 Agent 每次执行时都保持同一标准（A skill encodes one good habit， so the agent runs it the same way every time）。
●复利效应：Skill 之间可以形成链条，前一个 Skill 的输出正是下一个 Skill 的输入（Skills form a chain. Each one’s output is the next one’s input）。

Claude Code 插件方式（托管只读模式）：
运行 claude plugins install mattpocock-skills（从官方 marketplace 安装完整集合，由系统自动更新与维护）。

●步骤 3：校验输出
确认你的项目能够顺畅跑通主线 5 步（/grill-with-docs ➔ /to-spec ➔ /to-tickets ➔ /implement ➔ /code-review），且项目本地生成了可编辑的 skill 文件（或 Claude Code 插件已被正常加载）。
05避坑指南PITFALLS
1坚持按需安装（Install the ones you want）
页面明示“只安装你需要的”。不要盲目加载全部技能，保持 Agent 提示词环境的高效与干净。
2认清纯文件机制（plain files， not a lock-in platform）：Skill 是纯文本文件，不锁死在特定工具上，无论使用 Claude Code、Cursor、Codex 还是 Copilot，都可以随时迁移与调用。
3搞清“可编辑文件”与“只读插件”的区别
如果需要根据项目自定义规则，选择 npx 安装方式；如果希望随官方同步更新且无需手动维护，选择 Claude Code 插件模式。
