一、核心原则1：Simplicity（去冗余）—— 雅思写作 “简洁分” 的核心
作者强调：“写作的天敌是废话，简洁不是简陋，而是剔除一切无关信息，让核心观点一眼可见。” 这对应雅思写作的Lexical Resource（词汇简洁性）和Grammar Range（句式不冗余） 评分项，也是很多考生丢分的重灾区。
雅思写作痛点：很多考生为了“凑字数”，堆砌套话、重复词汇（如 very important、in my opinion 反复出现），或用复杂句式硬凑字数，反而导致逻辑混乱。
落地方法+ 实例：
1. 删 “无效表达”，保留核心信息
建议删除“模糊修饰词、重复短语、无意义套话”，雅思写作中重点规避以下内容：
模糊修饰词：very、quite、rather、kind of（替换为精准词汇）
重复短语：in today's modern society（删 modern）、at this point in time（替换为 now）
无意义套话：as we all know、generally speaking（非必要时删除）

（解析：删去无意义的in today's modern society，用 highly 替代 very，保留核心观点 “在线学习便捷”，字数更精简但信息更聚焦。）
2. 用 “主动语态 + 强动词” 替代 “被动语态 + 弱动词”
作者指出：“主动语态让文字更有力量，强动词能直接传递动作核心，避免弱动词 + 副词的冗余。” 这对应雅思 Grammar Range 评分项，同时让论证更清晰。

1. 用 “金字塔结构” 搭建文章框架

重复表达（低分）：People move to cities because cities have many jobs. Cities also have good education. People can live a good life in cities.
同义替换：
Individuals relocate to urban areas primarily due to abundant employment opportunities. Cities also boast well-developed educational resources, enabling residents to access high-quality schooling. Moreover, urban dwellers can enjoy a more convenient lifestyle with advanced medical services and diverse entertainment options.
（解析：用individuals 替代 people，relocate 替代 move，abundant 替代 many，well-developed 替代 good，diverse 替代 good，实现词汇多样性，同时让表达更精准。）
四、核心原则4：Rewrite（改写优化）—— 雅思写作 “提分捷径”
作者在书中直言：“改写是写作的精髓，决定写作的成败；好文章不是写出来的，而是改出来的。” 雅思写作的高分离不开 “反复打磨”，尤其是 Task 1 图表作文和 Task 2 议论文的初稿，需通过改写优化逻辑、表达和细节。
雅思写作改写步骤
第一步：查逻辑
检查文章是否“回应任务”（Task Response），分论点是否支撑核心观点，段落间是否有清晰的逻辑衔接。
改写技巧：若分论点与观点脱节，直接删除该段落；若逻辑松散，添加衔接词或调整段落顺序。
第二步：查表达
检查词汇是否冗余、重复，句式是否单一，语法是否准确。
改写技巧：用金瑟的“简洁原则” 删冗余，用 “同义替换” 提升词汇多样性，用 “主动语态 + 强动词” 优化句式。
第三步：查细节
检查案例、数据是否具体，论证是否充实，避免空泛议论。

改写实例（Task 1 柱状图：The chart below shows the number of men and women in higher education in five countries in 2010.）
初稿（逻辑松散+ 表达冗余）：
The bar chart shows the number of males and females in higher education in five countries (A, B, C, D, E) in 2010. In country A, the number of men is higher than women. In country B, women are more than men. The number of people in higher education in country C is the same for men and women. Country D has more men than women, and country E has more women than men.
改写后（逻辑+ 简洁 + 精准）：
