3.通知/新闻:(通知:一般将来时;新闻:一般过去时)

2.建议+理由:
üFirst, it is essential to do/that 从句, so that +从句
üBesides, doing sth. is highly suggested, doing sth.
üLast, nothing is more urgent than doing sth, which 从句.
