Stress is something that makes you feel worried or uncomfortable. 1 There are many things that can cause stress in students’ lives. If you have problems at school or something bad happens at home, you may not feel well. This kind of stress isn’t helpful and may make you sick. 3 Talk about it with someone you trust, such as your parent or a good friend. The best way to deal with stress is to face it properly and keep healthy habits. 4 If you get enough sleep, eat well, exercise and make time to relax yourself, you are likely to feel less stressed.
