The First Period
计划授课时间：
Teaching content: The vocabulary of Unit One and the sentence strutures:What are
you going to do today ? I’m going to …...
Teaching aims: Master the new phrases the new sentence strutures.
Teaching key points: Enable to read and write the new words and the sentence
strutures correctly and fluently.
Teaching difficult points: Remember these phrases.
Teaching aids: A tape recorder and some pictures.

一、Organization.
1、The whole class sing some English songs.2、Check the presentation of the class.
二、Presentation.
1. By making a situation and showing some picture , the teacher piont to the
picture and say: “ I’m going to shop for clothes today.” for three times . Then
teach “shop for clothes ” .
2. Teach and help Ss understand the sentence:“ I’m going to shop for clothes
today .”
3. Show another picture and ask : “ I’m going to shop for clothes .What are you
going to do today ? ” Use this way to lead out and learn other new phrases ，then
teach the question : “What are you going to do today ? ”
4. Help them to see this word’s meaning by the pictures again.
三、Drill.
1. Lead them to read these phrases for several times by showing the pictures.
2. Let them read after the tape.
3. Use the pictures to ask Ss : What are you going to do today ? Then ask S1, S2
S3 …
四、Consolidation.
1. Let them look at the pictures and say out the phrases .
2. Let the students to use the phrases to make sentences .
3. Do pair works to ask your partner : What are you going to do today ?
4. Write down : I’m going to __________.
五、Homework: Copy down the new phraes.

一、Organization.
1、The whole class sing some English songs.
2、Check the presentation of the class.
二、Revision.
1、Revise the new phrases and the new sentences altogether.
2、Call up some pupils to read the new words.
3、Ask Ss write down what you are going to do today .
三、Presentation.
1、Have S1 Stand up , then the teacher use this way : Are you going to have a
party today ? to guess .
2、Let Ss use this way to ask your classmate: What are you going to do today ?
3、Read the Target and teach “write to ”
4、Let the pupils look at the Story while listening to the tape.
2、Using the mood of telling story, the teacher repeat the Story and help them to

五、Chant.
1、Let the pupils listen to tape, then teach them to chant: “Are you going to
write a letter ?”.
2、Let them chant with the tape.
3 According to the pictures ,fill in the blank ,and learn to chant the new lyricks .

1、Lead them to read these words for several times.
