夜雨聆风高考越来越近，很多学困生可能连活动类应用文的首段都写不了。那就考前再全民扫盲巩固。
活动类应用文的共同特点是基本上都要介绍活动的目的或者意义、时间、地点、参与者和活动内容。
通知、邀请信和新闻报道基本上都属于活动类。

例文：
上周五，为了提升学生火灾安全的意识并且帮助学生准备好应对不可预料的火灾紧急情况，我们学校组织了一场专门的演习；办得很成功，给我留下了很深刻的印象。

三、邀请信/通知—未发生—将来时

为了促进学生的身心健康，我校将于本周日上午8点在操场上组织一年一度的运动会，为期2天。

为了丰富学生课余生活，同时让学生了解我们的学校，学生会将会组织一次观影活动，是关于一个名为《共同成长》的电影短片，定于本周六下午两点于学校大礼堂举办，为期一小时。
Aiming to enrich students' after-class life and give students an insight into our school,the Students' Union will organize a movie-watching on a short film named Growing Together, which is scheduled to be held on the school hall,at 2 p.m., this Saturday, lasting 1 hour.
其实，报道和通知、邀请信的首段应该是一回事，主要区别在时态！
