基于AI快速开发一个生信工具最近,尝试用AI工具开发一些工具。分享下,利用Claude code+deepseek的组合,开发一个处理基因编辑产物突变的检测工具。工具的运行情况如下图,使用deepseek-v4-pro进行开发的。开发和测试完成,用了2.45元,消耗了19,876,891个tokens(将近2000万个tokens)。这个工具是一个综合性的针对基因编辑产物突变的检测工具,主要特点是引入了针对多倍体物种的突变分析,可以对多倍体的不同染色体的突变情况进行精准识别和分析。输出的结果如下图所示。deepseek用来做一些生信工具和代码处理工作,性价比挺高的。当然最重要的是你自己要知道想要获得一个什么东西,这样AI才能辅助你完成,实现你的想法。
