IAHR广受好评的技术类杂志《Hydrolink》2026年第1期已上新，本期主题为“流域管理机构”（River Basin Organizations），共收录6篇文章。

本期围绕“流域机构”这一主题，汇聚西班牙、澳大利亚、日本、中国、墨西哥等多个国家的流域治理经验，展示不同背景下水资源管理的实践与智慧。

本期《Hydrolink》出版之际，恰逢西班牙流域管理机构成立一百周年。西班牙是全球首个在全国范围内推行以流域为单元进行水资源管理的国家。流域管理的概念最早出现在19世纪末20世纪初，当时工程技术的进步使得大型水坝及相关水利基础设施建设成为可能。
