沙特阿拉伯·利雅得，2026年7月20日，沙特商务部宣布采用由沙特人工智能公司HUMAIN主权云提供的NVIDIA B300人工智能集群，成为沙特首个接入该先进算力平台的政府机构，标志着沙特国家级AI基础设施开始加速进入政府实际应用场景。
根据商务部公告，B300算力将首先用于提升企业服务效率，包括加快商业登记签发、商号预订以及公司和机构设立流程，并开发智能服务，帮助企业提高合规水平、缩短业务办理时间。
在市场监管方面，人工智能将用于优化执法检查路线、加快商业举报的审核与处理，并提升对商业隐瞒、商业欺诈及电子商务违规行为的识别能力。商务部还将借助AI监测供应链、分析全球市场变化和价格波动，建立更具持续性的经济指标，为政府决策提供数据支持。
B300属于英伟达Blackwell Ultra系列，是面向大型模型训练、复杂推理和智能体应用的旗舰级数据中心GPU。单颗B300配备288GB HBM3e高带宽显存；作为参照，一套标准DGX B300系统集成8颗B300 GPU，总显存约2.3TB，主要服务于主权AI平台、云计算中心及大型企业AI基础设施。
此次合作意味着，HUMAIN正在从建设数据中心和主权算力平台，进一步转向为政府部门提供可直接落地的AI服务，推动沙特政府数字化由传统流程在线化迈向以高性能算力、数据分析和行业模型为基础的“AI原生”阶段。HUMAIN此前已与英伟达公布大规模AI基础设施建设计划，首期规划部署由1.8万颗GB300芯片组成的超级计算系统。
需要注意的是，沙特商务部的官方表述是“沙特首个”，公告未披露此次B300集群的具体GPU数量及算力规模，也未将其称为全球首例。

On July 20, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce announced that it would adopt an NVIDIA B300 artificial intelligence cluster provided through HUMAIN’s sovereign AI cloud, becoming the first Saudi government entity to access the advanced computing platform. The move signals that the Kingdom’s national AI infrastructure is beginning to transition from capacity building to practical government applications.
According to the Ministry, the B300 computing capacity will initially be used to improve the efficiency of business services, including accelerating the issuance of commercial registrations, trade name reservations, and company and institutional establishment procedures. It will also support the development of intelligent services that help businesses strengthen regulatory compliance and reduce processing times.
In market supervision, AI will be deployed to optimise inspection routes, accelerate the review and handling of commercial reports, and enhance the detection of commercial concealment, fraud, and violations related to e-commerce. The Ministry also plans to use AI to monitor supply chains, analyse global market movements and price fluctuations, and develop more sustainable economic indicators to support data-driven government decision-making.
The B300 is part of NVIDIA’s Blackwell Ultra series and ranks among the company’s flagship data-centre GPUs for large-model training, complex reasoning, and AI-agent applications. A single B300 GPU offers up to 288GB of HBM3e high-bandwidth memory. For reference, a standard DGX B300 system integrates eight B300 GPUs and provides approximately 2.3TB of total GPU memory, targeting sovereign AI platforms, cloud data centres, and large-scale enterprise AI infrastructure.
The cooperation indicates that HUMAIN is moving beyond the construction of data centres and sovereign computing platforms to deliver deployable AI services for government entities. It also reflects Saudi Arabia’s broader shift from conventional digitalisation towards AI-native government services built on high-performance computing, advanced data analytics, and sector-specific AI models.
