Dear fellow students ，
It is a common phenomenon that many fresh senior 3 students are under great pressure，thus
developing an unhealthy lifestyle.
To meet the challenges of the senior year，it is of vital significance that we say no to the
unhealthy lifestyle.To begin with，we are supposed to go to bed early so that we can maintain
refreshed and dynamic in the daytime.Besides，it is of great benefit to eat more fresh fruits and
vegetables so as to provide sufficient nutrition for our body.Additionally，it’s highly advisable
