一、教学目标
1.能够识别并分类与食物和烹饪相关的词汇,区分可数名词和不可数名词。
2.学会运用 “add…to”“pour…into” 等短语描述烹饪步骤。
3.读懂介绍美食的文本,提取关键食材信息。
4.能够用英语介绍自己最喜欢的菜肴,包括喜爱原因和制作方法。

教学反思
在本节课中,读前活动成功激发了学生的兴趣。读中环节通过多样化的任务有效训练
了学生的阅读技能。但在读后活动中,仍有部分学生难以用英语介绍其他菜肴。今后教学
中需增加与文化介绍相关的语言输入和练习时间,同时可为语言能力较弱的学生提供更多
个性化指导。
