My favourite Festival
Of all the traditional festivals, the Spring Festival is my favourite. I
like it best because I can have lots of fun with my family members.
During the Spring Festival, children often wear their new clothes, and
so do I. Families get together and have a big meal, chatting with each other
about their last year and hoping for a better new year. Dumplings are the
most traditional food. People used to set off many firecrackers at night.
With the development of modern society and the spread of new ideas,
some traditions are possibly fading away. I do agree to stop setting off
firecrackers during the Chinese Spring Festival. I think it is necessary for
us all to make a better world by doing something useful to avoid pollution.
