身处人工智能飞速迭代的新时代，学习早已不再是机械背诵、被动接纳知识，而是重塑思维、淬炼内心的成长修行。我们求学的终极追求，不应只满足于做一个有能力的人，更要不断沉淀蜕变，努力成长为内心丰盈、自带气场有能量，且具备自主创新能力的新时代青少年。

有一则经典励志公式，道尽成长的底层逻辑：1.01^{365}。

其中，数字1代表我们原本的学识根基，1.01寓意每天坚持多一分努力、多一点精进，365次方则代表日复一日的坚守与沉淀。日积月累，微小的进步经时间复利加持，终将实现跨越式成长。这深刻启示我们：务必珍惜时光、专注深耕，坚持每日进步一点点，脚踏实地笃行不怠，始终保持向上的姿态，绝不轻言放弃。 

AI时代想要学有所成、行稳致远，必须掌握科学高效的学习方法。首先要秉持勤学好问的态度，遇到疑难不回避、不拖延，主动向师长请教，也可合理借助AI工具答疑解惑、开阔眼界。其次坚持海量阅读、高效速读，在博览群书中涵养底蕴，提升理解能力、思辨素养与人生格局。 

我们更要养成独立思考、善于发问的习惯，带着疑问听课、读书、探究，不做知识的被动接收者，争做思维的主动开拓者。AI虽能检索信息、给出答案，却永远无法替代人类的深度思考与创新思维。学习中要跳出低效死记的误区，不必耗费精力死背零散且无价值的人文知识点，学会融会贯通、梳理整合，主动串联各类知识要点，编织属于自己的知识体系，让知识真正内化于心、活用于行。 

同时要正视英语的重要价值，作为全球通用语言，它是未来成长的必备素养。我们要沉下心来、咬紧牙关全力攻克，扎实筑牢语言根基，为未来发展铺路搭桥。

 in the AI Era?

In the era of rapid AI development, learning is no longer mere rote memorization. Instead, it lies in adopting the right methods and keeping consistent self-improvement. There is an inspiring formula every teenager should keep in mind: 1.01 to the power of 365.

This formula carries profound implications. The number 1 stands for our basic ability; 1.01 means making a little more effort than the day before; and the power of 365 symbolizes the cumulative power of time. Small progress made day after day will bring multiplied growth in a year. On the contrary, slight slackness will lead to gradual regression. It reminds us to cherish time, concentrate on our studies, keep making progress every day, and never give up easily.

To grow efficiently in the AI era, we need to master practical learning methods. First, be diligent and eager to ask questions. Never shrink from difficulties; take the initiative to consult teachers and classmates, and turn to AI for answers when needed. Second, keep reading extensively and reading efficiently to broaden your horizons and enhance your comprehension and critical thinking skills.

English is an essential skill for the future. We must persevere with firm resolve to break through barriers and lay a solid language foundation. Break away from inefficient learning modes. Avoid mechanically memorizing fragmented and meaningless humanistic knowledge points. Instead, sort out learning content, connect key knowledge points, and build your own knowledge network to achieve thorough understanding and flexible application.

Meanwhile, develop the habit of thinking with questions in mind when reading, attending classes and reflecting. Never accept knowledge passively. AI is only an auxiliary tool. True growth comes from persistent self-discipline day in and day out. As long as we uphold the belief of daily progress, adopt scientific learning methods, settle down steadily and persevere long-term, teenagers can make steady progress in the AI era and achieve excellent academic results as well as long-term personal growth.
