為搭建 AIGC 影像創作的國際展示陣地，澳門蓮花衛視聯手 Vidlot 平台正式推出 AI 影視節目《Vidlot》，面向全球創作者公開徵集 AI 影片作品。入選作品不僅將登陸蓮花衛視電視頻道播出、同步上線 Vidlot 官方平台，表現優異的作品更有機會獲大會推薦，參與亞洲 AIGC 國際電影節及亞洲藝術電影節相關賽道評選，為創作者打通從展播到專業賽事的成長路徑。

To establish an international showcase platform for AIGC image and film creation, Macau Lotus TV, in cooperation with the Vidlot platform, has officially launched the AI film and television program Vidlot and is openly calling for AI film works from creators worldwide. Selected works will not only be broadcast on Macau Lotus TV's television channel and simultaneously released on the official Vidlot platform, but outstanding works will also have the opportunity to be recommended by the committee to enter the relevant categories of the Asian AIGC International Film Festival and the Asian Art Film Festival, forging a growth path for creators from broadcast exhibition to professional competition.

本次徵集面向全球 AI 影像從業者與愛好者開放，不設門檻、不限題材，鼓勵多元風格的技術與藝術探索。

成功入選的作品，將於澳門蓮花衛視《Vidlot》欄目播出，並同步上線 Vidlot 平台（vidlot.ai），實現電視端與網絡端雙重曝光，觸達更廣泛的受眾群體。

表現突出的優質作品，更將獲大會重點推薦，報名參加亞洲 AIGC 國際電影節、亞洲藝術電影節相關 AIGC 賽道，對接更高階的國際行業交流與專業評選機會，幫助創作者打開行業視野。

This call for entries is open to AI film professionals and enthusiasts worldwide. There are no entry barriers or restrictions on subject matter, encouraging diverse technological and artistic exploration across various styles.

Selected works will be broadcast in the Vidlot programme on Macau Lotus TV and simultaneously released on the Vidlot platform (vidlot.ai), achieving dual exposure across TV and online networks to reach a broader audience.

Outstanding works will receive key recommendations from the program team to apply for the relevant AIGC categories of the Asian AIGC International Film Festival and the Asian Art Film Festival. This connects creators to higher-level international industry exchanges and professional evaluation opportunities, helping them broaden their industry horizons.

本次徵集聚焦 AI 生成或 AI 深度參與製作的影片，核心要求清晰明確：

AI 參與標準 / AI Criteria：

製作流程中 AIGC 技術使用比例須達 50% 以上，投稿時請簡單說明所用工具與製作思路。

時長與題材 / Duration & Genre：
常規欄目播出以 2 分鐘以上影片為主，題材、風格、類型均不設限；若投遞長片、短劇並參與電影節評選，長片單元時長須 ≥60 分鐘，短劇單元單集 ≥2 分鐘。

作品規格 / Technical Specifications：

所有參評影片須為 2025 年 7 月 1 日之後首映，無首映級別限制；必須配備英文字幕，中英雙語字幕將獲得優先排播！；畫面解析度 ≥1080P，支持 MP4 或 MOV 格式，正式播出檔統一為 16:9 1080P MP4 格式。
All films submitted for selection must have premiered after July 1, 2025; there are no restrictions on premiere status.English subtitles are REQUIRED；Those with subtitles in both Chinese and English would receive priority in broadcasting; resolution must be ≥1080P, supporting MP4 or MOV formats. For official broadcast delivery files, please provide 1920×1080 (16:9) MP4 format.

授權規則透明

Transparent Licensing Rules

大會明確授權與費用規則，充分保障創作者合法權益：入選作品為非獨家授權，作品完整版權始終歸創作者所有。現階段展播期間，蓮花衛視《Vidlot》欄目與 Vidlot 平台均不向創作者收取播出費用，亦不支付展播費用；未來平台若推出收費觀看或收益分成模式，將與創作者另行協商並簽署正式授權文件，不會在現有徵集條件下自動適用。

本次徵集長期有效，不設截止日期。大會收到作品後將逐一審核評估，入選者將收到正式邀請與授權文件。若獲推薦報名電影節，報名成功後組委會將以郵件正式確認；一經受理不接受退賽，電影節評選遵循其獨立征片規則與評審標準，推薦不替代電影節本身的評審程序。

Authorization for selected works is non-exclusive, and copyright remains entirely with the creators at all times. At the current exhibition and broadcasting stage, neither charges creators any fee nor pays any screening fee at this stage. If the platform launches paid viewing or revenue-sharing models in the future, matters will be separately discussed with creators and corresponding authorization documents will be signed; such models will not automatically apply under the current call conditions.

Submissions are accepted on a long-term basis with no deadline. We will review each submission upon receipt, and selected creators will receive a formal invitation and authorization documents. If a work is recommended to apply for the film festival, the organizing committee will confirm by email after successful registration; once a work has been accepted by the festival, it may not be withdrawn. Film festival selection must follow its independent submission rules and review criteria; recommendation does not replace the film festival's own review process.
