很多招聘做不出结果,除了找人技巧外,很大程度上是信息传达不够有效。在我们主动做Sourcing时,模板策略同样重要。
下面整理了7类实操Sourcing方法,每类都有核心原则和可替换模板,帮助你直接落地。
1. Cold Outreach(冷邮件)
场景首次通过邮件联系候选人。
核心问题
只说“你很适合”,没证明为什么 信息不足,候选人无法判断价值 邮件像JD摘要,缺乏“对话感”
原则
✔ 至少3个个性化点(项目 > 公司 > 工具)✔ 先强调相关性,再说明岗位机会✔ 不急着约面试
通用模板(可替换字段 XXX)

像群发消息 没有针对候选人的个性化 推销岗位感太强
原则
✔ 1-2个强个性化点✔ 不推职位,只强调“相关性”✔ 降低压力,像聊天

3. Boolean Search 布尔搜索(站内)
核心原则
只保留3个关键词维度:岗位(Role)、技能(Skill)、地域(Location) 限制太多关键词可能导致搜不到结果 可以逐步减少关键词测试
通用模板

搜不到结果时,可先删 skill,再删 location,最后只保留 role。
4. X-Ray Search(跨平台搜人)
核心价值绕过平台算法,直接找到目标人才。
