Doing sports plays an important role in my daily life. I usually go running or play basketball
after school. Doing sports makes me healthy and full of energy every day. What’s more, it helps me
learn better.
Without doubt, it’s necessary to form a good habit of doing sports. As for me, I choose my
favorite sport and hold on to it. Besides, I share the feelings of doing sports which give me a strong
sense of achievement. So some friends join me and enjoy the pleasure.
