1．Extreme heat often brings extreme wildfires，and this year is no exception(n.例外)，with
unprecedented heat waves fueling(with复合结构；fuel熟词生义：vt.增加，刺激) enormous
outbreaks of fires in the western United States and Canada，as well as across the Mediterranean
and in Siberia.
