Project Background
当前，AIGC技术正深度重构创作生态，传统动画与漫画行业迎来颠覆性变革，技术与艺术的融合创新已成为行业发展的核心趋势。作为中国动画与漫画教育领域的领军者，北京电影学院直面这一时代命题，依托70年积淀的电影创作学术底蕴、优质的硬件教学设施及丰富教学资源，不仅积极探索人工智能技术赋能艺术创作的路径，更已率先积累“院线级长篇叙事性AI动画”的实战创作经验，为技术与艺术的深度融合奠定了坚实基础。
Currently, AIGC technology is profoundly reshaping the creative ecosystem, bringing disruptive transformations to the traditional animation and comics industry. The integrated innovation of technology and art has become the core trend driving the development of the industry.
As a pioneer in animation and comics education in China, the Beijing Film Academy confronts this epochal challenge directly. Drawing on 70 years of accumulated academic heritage in film creation, top-tier hardware teaching facilities and abundant educational resources, the academy has not only actively explored the path of empowering artistic creation with artificial intelligence, but also taken the lead in accumulating practical creative experience in theatrical-level long-form narrative AI animation, laying a solid foundation for the in-depth integration of technology and art.
此前，高研班已成功举办六期，收获了学员的高度认可，在动画行业内形成了良好的影响力与口碑，也为后续课程迭代积累了宝贵经验。基于行业趋势与人才需求，北京电影学院动画学院作为中国动画教育的领航者，决定于2026年6月，以线上、线下结合的方式，正式开办第七期“北京电影学院2026 AI动画创作实战高研班”。项目将以10天系统化、实战化的课程设置，助力学员完成从AI技术认知到商业落地的完整能力蜕变，为动画行业培养适配技术变革的优质创作人才。
Previously, the Advanced Research Class has been successfully held for 6 sessions, earning high recognition from its participants, forging a strong influence and reputation in the animation industry, and accumulating valuable experience for the iterative improvement of future courses.
As a pioneer in animation education in China, the Animation School of Beijing Film Academy, in response to industry trends and talent demands, will officially launch the 7th Session of the 2026 Beijing Film Academy AI Animation Creation Practical Advanced Research Class in June 2026, adopting a hybrid online-and-offline teaching model.
With a 10-day systematic and practice-focused curriculum, the program will help learners achieve a full transformation of capabilities — from understanding AI technologies to realizing commercial applications — and cultivate high-quality creative talents for the animation industry who can adapt to technological transformation.

北京电影学院动画学院自创办以来，为我国动画、漫画行业培养了大批具有原创精神和领袖气质的行业骨干人才!动画学院师资团队始终坚持“教书育人必须与创作实践并行不悖” 的立身原则，多年来积累了丰厚的创作实战和专业授课经验!从数字动画电影《小兵张嘎》到AI 动画电影《愚公移山》,从人气动画《浪浪山小妖怪》再到中外联合创制《守龙者》，由动画学院的教师直接参与并主导的作品不胜枚举，团队成员几平无一例外同时拥有 [主创]和[教师]的双重身份。全院教师身体力行积极投身行业一线创作，不仅为给学生树立了用作品说话”的榜样，更始终保持着“学院教育”与“行业需求”同步革新的步伐!
Since its founding, the School of Animation, Beijing Film Academy has cultivated a large number of outstanding industry backbone talents with original spirit and leadership qualities for China’s animation and comics industry. The faculty of the School of Animation has always adhered to the fundamental principle that “teaching and educating people must go hand in hand with creative practice” , and has accumulated rich experience in practical creation and professional teaching over the years. From the digital animated film Little Soldier Zhang Ga to the AI animated film Yugong Moves Mountains , from the hit animation The Little Monster of Langlang Mountain to the Sino‑foreign co‑production Dragon Keeper , the works directly participated in and led by the School’s teachers are numerous. Almost without exception, every member of the team holds the dual identities of[core creator]and[teacher]. All faculty members earnestly practice what they preach and actively engage in frontline industry creation. They not only set an example for students to “let works speak for themselves”, but also always keep pace with the synchronous innovation of “academic education” and “industry demands”.

1、线上教学（5天）：由专业教师团队采用分模块授课形式，围绕AI动画创作核心环节系统教学，引导学员掌握技术应用与创作逻辑，最终完成动画短片初稿的创作任务，为线下深化奠定基础。
5-day Online CourseTaught by a professional teaching team in a modular format, this program delivers systematic instruction focused on the core procedures of AI animation creation. It guides learners to master both technical application and creative logic, and helps them complete the preliminary draft of an animated short film, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth offline learning.

2、线下教学：集结行业实战教师团队，针对学员线上完成的短片初稿进行针对性指导，从故事打磨、视效优化、风格统一等维度实现作品质量拔高；同时搭建学员与一线导演、教师面对面交流场景，精准解答创作困惑，传递行业实战经验。
Offline Teaching: A team of instructors with solid industry experience is assembled to provide targeted guidance on the first drafts of short films completed by trainees online. The quality of works will be elevated through story refinement, visual effects optimization, stylistic consistency and other aspects. Meanwhile, face-to-face communication between trainees and frontline directors as well as instructors will be arranged to accurately address creative confusions and pass on practical industry experience.

1. AI叙事短片方向
聚焦1–5分钟完整故事短片创作，系统训练剧本生成、人物设定、分镜拆解与镜头调度能力。强调个人表达与影像节奏塑造，适合希望打造代表作、提升导演能力或冲击影展的创作者。
AI Narrative Short Film Track
Focuses on the creation of complete short stories of 1–5 minutes in length. It systematically trains skills in script generation, character design, storyboard breakdown and camera staging, with an emphasis on personal expression and visual rhythm shaping. It is suitable for creators aiming to develop representative works, improve directorial capabilities or participate in film festivals.
2. AI动画方向
面向动画短片与动画短剧创作，学习AI在动画角色设计、场景生成与视觉一致性控制中的应用方法，强调故事性与画面品质并重，适合希望系统提升AI动画制作能力的学员。
AI Animation Track
Focused on the creation of animated short films and animated short series, this track teaches the application of AI in animated character design, scene generation and visual consistency control. It places equal emphasis on storytelling and visual quality, and is ideal for learners who aim to systematically improve their AI animation production skills.
3. AI动态漫剧方向
针对竖屏平台与高频更新模式，训练高效率分镜生成与节奏编排能力。强化剧情钩子设计与亮点结构，适合希望进入平台内容赛道、实现稳定更新与商业变现的创作者。
AI Dynamic Motion Comic Track
Tailored for vertical-screen platforms and high-frequency update models, this track trains efficient storyboard generation and rhythm arrangement skills. It strengthens the design of plot hooks and highlight structures, and is ideal for creators looking to enter the platform content track, achieve stable updates and realize commercial monetization.
4. AI真人短剧方向
聚焦生成实拍风格与写实质感的短剧创作，训练AI在人物真实感塑造、光影控制、镜头运动与场景细节构建中的应用能力。强化叙事节奏与情绪表达。适合希望进入短剧市场或打造高完成度现实题材作品的创作者。
AI Live-Action Short Drama Track
Focuses on creating short dramas with a live-action shooting style and realistic texture. It trains AI application capabilities in shaping lifelike characters, controlling lighting and shadows, camera movement, and building detailed scenes, while strengthening narrative rhythm and emotional expression.Suitable for creators who want to enter the short drama market or produce highly polished realistic-themed works.
5. AI广告与品牌影像方向
面向品牌传播与商业项目，训练创意策划到视觉落地的快速执行能力。强化项目沟通与案例呈现能力，适合希望承接品牌项目、建立商业作品集的创作者。
AI Advertising & Brand Visual Imaging Track
Focused on brand communication and commercial projects, this track trains the ability to rapidly execute from creative planning to visual delivery. It enhances project communication and case presentation skills, making it ideal for creators who aim to undertake brand projects and build a professional commercial portfolio.
6. AI实验影像与艺术表达方向
探索AI生成逻辑与影像语言之间的关系，通过风格实验与视觉结构创新形成独特表达路径。适合有创作追求参加影展或建立个人艺术风格体系的学员。
Concentration: AI Experimental Moving Image & Artistic Expression
This track explores the relationship between AI generative logic and visual cinematic language, forging a distinctive expressive approach through stylistic experimentation and innovation in visual structure.It is designed for aspiring creators with the ambition to participate in film festivals or develop a systematic personal artistic style.
