2024 年秋高二(上)期末联合检测试卷 英语 参考答案 1~5 BACAC 6~10 BCABB 11~15 ABACB 16~20 AACBC 21~25 BCDDB 26~30 ACBAD 31~35 DBACD 36~40 BFGCE 41~45 ACBDB 46~50 BCADB 51~55 DACAB 56. before/and/then 57. made 58. strictly 69. manager 60. largest 61. an 62. of 63. helping 64. are sold 65. started 写作 第一节 Dear Smith, It is an honor for us to have an English teacher from New Zealand. We are very interested in New Zealand’s culture. Could you please give us students a lecture about the spare-time activities of middle school students in your country? For example, what do they mainly do in their spare time? How do they balance classes and relaxation? The lecture can last about two hours. I don’t know whether you will be available from 4p.m. to 6p.m. next Wednesday? Or any other time at your convenience. We would appreciate it if you could accept our invitation. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks! Yours, Li Hua 第二节 While Mrs. Jones makes dinner, Roger asks if she needs him to run to the store. She checks if he wants “sweet milk” rather than “canned” for cocoa. Hearing no, she is sure she has enough food for their purposes. She makes him dinner, and leads him through a conversation about her life. The woman does not ask the boy anything about where he lives, or his folks, or anything else that would embarrass him. She shares the food she has—including giving him half of the “ten-cent cake”. Mrs. Jones surprises Roger. When they finish eating, she gets up and says, “Now, here, take this ten dollars and buy yourself a pair of blue suede shoes. And next time, do not make the mistake again—because shoes got in evil ways will burn your feet. I wish you would behave yourself, son, from here on in.” She leads him down the hall to the front door and opens it. “Good-night! Behave yourself, boy!” she says, looking out into the street. He barely manages to say “Thank you” before she shuts the door. And he never sees her again. A:...turning your favorite Pixar movies into playful putt-putt holes. B:Enjoy dining at your favorite film locations in Los Angeles. D: Los Angeles is buzzing with horror movie screenings this Halloween. 22. C 第一句Halloween season is here, and what better way to feel the terrifying atmosphere than by catching some hair-raising classics on the big screen? go all out for… To address possible differences in types of consumers(解决消 费者类别上的差异),所以让调查对象(subjects)更加多样化。 33. and/then可接受。 62. of ...tons of 表示多少吨什么东西。 M: Excuse me.Can you tell me how much the shirt is? I can’t believe the girls have so neat movements. W: Yeah, they all received very strict training. A minute on the stage takes ten-year practice. M: And all their movements are so elegant. It seems like dancing in the water. W: Exactly, you know, water ballet puts dancing, music and swimming together. M: There you go! Daddy has told me that water ballet is also called Synchronized Swimming. W: That’s my boy! Katherine Curtis created this activity in 1920. And in 1984, it was authorized as one activity in Olympic Games. M: Wow, Mom is more knowledgeable than Dad. I must learn from you. W: My little boy, you should learn more from me. W: Well, from July 15 to July 31, when the elderly over 55 were given free medical examinations. M: What did you do there? W: Every day I arrived early and organized the people who came over. Then I would help them fill in the form. Leading them to the different departments was also one of my duties. M: I think I can do those. W: Sounds easy, but by the time their examinations were over, I was already worn out. Everyone there worked in a tight schedule. M: Tiring though it was, we could benefit a lot from the experience. W: I agree with you. So… M: I’d like to go with you. What should I pay attention to? W: You should be patient. Oh, more importantly, you should wear a pair of comfortable shoes, for you have to stand for a long time. The painting is the most expensive artwork ever sold that was created by a human-like robot. The painting is called AI God: Portrait of Alan Turing. Mr.Turing was an English math genius who came up with many of the important ideas that led to modern-day computers. He was an important part of the early thinking about Artificial Intelligence. The Portrait of Alan Turing was sold at Sotheby’s in New York. It was expected to sell for $120,000 to $180,000. But there was a lot of interest, and it wound up selling for far more. The painting is the work of Ai-Da, a human-like robot that’s able to paint and take part in conversations. The idea for Ai-Da came from Aidan Meller, an Englishman who used to run an art gallery. He worked with a group of nearly 30 people to build and program Ai-Da.
