一、情态动词 should / shouldn’t （核心）
用法：
表建议、责任、义务，意为“应该/不应该”，无人称和数的变化，后接动词原形；
否定式：直接加not → shouldn’t；
一般疑问句：should提至句首，回答用Yes, 主语+should. / No, 主语+shouldn’t.

二、情态动词 had better (not) （重点）
用法
表强烈的建议、劝告，意为“最好（不）做某事”，无人称变化，后接动词原形；
否定式：had better not + 动词原形（不可加don’t）；
口语中常缩写为’d better，无疑问式（中考极少考）。
考点例句
1. You had better finish your task before the deadline.（你最好在截止日前完成任务。）

1. 开头（引出行动初衷）：用场景描写或内心独白，交代行动的契机（如看到问题、受到启发），点明行
动主题。
例：Last semester, I noticed that the grassland in our community was covered with plastic bags and bottles. Every
time I passed by, I felt sad—such a beautiful place was being destroyed by litter. I decided to do something small to
change it.
2. 中间（描述行动过程）：详细写行动的具体步骤、遇到的困难及如何克服，突出“坚持”与“用心”。
行动过程：Every weekend, I took a garbage bag and gloves to clean the grassland. At first, some neighbors looked
at me strangely, and I felt a little embarrassed. But when I picked up the litter one by one, an old man joined me.
Later, more and more children came to help—we not only cleaned the garbage but also put up signs that said
“Protect Our Home, No Littering”.
改变呈现：After two months, the grassland became clean and tidy again. What’s more, fewer people littered there.
I even saw some parents teaching their kids to throw garbage into bins.
3. 结尾（升华感悟）：总结行动带来的启示，表达“小行动也能有大影响”的观点。
例：I used to think that “making a difference” was something only great people could do. But this experience
taught me that everyone can contribute to the world. Even a small act of kindness or effort can bring positivechanges. If we all do our part, our life will become better and better.
思路二：榜样的力量，激励我改变（议论+叙事型）
主题定位
介绍一位让自己深受启发的榜样（如身边的人、名人、志愿者），讲述其事迹如何影响自己，进而带动自
己做出改变，体现“榜样引领改变”的主题。
结构框架
1. 开头（介绍榜样）：点明榜样的身份，用简洁语言概括其核心品质（如无私、坚持、勇敢），引出榜样
对自己的影响。
例：The person who has made a big difference in my life is my uncle—a volunteer who has been helping children
in mountain areas for five years. His selfless love and perseverance have inspired me to become a better person.
2. 中间（讲述榜样事迹+自身改变）：先描述榜样的具体事迹（1-2个典型事例），再写自己如何受其影
响，采取行动创造改变。
榜样事迹：Every summer vacation, my uncle goes to a remote mountain village to teach children English. He
lives in a simple room and walks two hours a day to get to school. Once, he caught a bad cold but still insisted on
giving classes—he said, “These kids are eager to learn, and I can’t let them down.”
自身改变：After hearing his stories, I felt ashamed of myself for often giving up easily. I decided to follow his
example. I sorted out my old books and clothes and sent them to the mountain children. I also started to help my
classmates with their English homework. When I felt tired, I would think of my uncle’s smile and keep going.
3. 结尾（表达敬意与决心）：赞美榜样的精神，表明自己将继续传递这份正能量，努力创造更多改变。
- 例：My uncle is not a famous person, but he has made a real difference to those mountain children’s lives. He
taught me that making a difference doesn’t need to be grand—it’s about caring for others and sticking to what’s

思路三：团队协作，共创大改变（说明+议论型）
主题定位
讲述一次团队合作的实践活动（如班级公益、校园项目、社区服务），强调“团结就是力量”，体现团队协作能创造更大改变的主题。
结构框架
1. 开头（介绍团队项目）：点明团队名称、项目主题（如“校园绿化计划”“旧物义卖活动”），说明开
展项目的目的。
- 例：Last month, our class launched a “Second-hand Book Sale” activity. We wanted to collect old books, sell
them at a low price, and donate the money to the children in poor areas. We believed that by working together, we
could make a difference to those kids’ lives.
2. 中间（描述团队协作过程）：分角色写团队成员的分工（如收集书籍、布置摊位、宣传售卖），突出协
作中的配合与解决问题的过程。
分工协作：Some classmates went door to door in the community to collect old books; others designed posters and
posted them on the school noticeboard; my job was to sort the books by subject and set the prices. At first, we
didn’t sell many books—people didn’t know about our activity. So we decided to give a short speech at the school
assembly, telling everyone about our purpose.
成果呈现：With everyone’s effort, we collected more than 300 books and raised over 2,000 yuan. We sent the
money to a primary school in Guizhou, and they wrote us a thank-you letter.

A year ago, I volunteered to teach at a small village school in Guizhou Province. As a volunteer teacher, I
travelled a long way to the area. On my way here, I thought about the village, the school and the children here.
However, my heart sank (心情沮丧) when I arrived here. It wasn’t what I had expected. It didn’t look like a school
at all! The school had only three rooms—one for Grades 1, 2 and 3, one for Grades 4, 5 and 6, and the third one for
