For an active school day, it's essential to exercise between classes.And what I recommend is an
effectivesport: jumping jacks.
To do a jumping jack, you have to jump to a position with the legs spread wide and the hands
touching overhead, then return to apose with thefeet together andthe arms at the sides. It is asimple
and fantastic way toget theheart pumpingand the muscles moving.
