For Keepers who have purchased such dangerous accounts and have made top-ups resulting in losses, we will provide order transfer services: You can contact customer service using the banned account and provide screenshots of your top-up orders and other required information as instructed. We will assist Keepers in transferring valid orders to the new account you provide. (The creation time of the new account must be after your feedback to customer service.)
