66.One Possible Version:
Dear classmates,
This summer, I joined a volunteer program at a community center to teach senior citizens
smartphone skills. First, I created simple handouts with step-by-step illustrations for tasks like
video-calling family and ordering food online. During the sessions, I noticed many struggled with
touchscreens, so I used real-life examples to explain functions. For instance, when teaching photo
sharing, I showed them how to send pictures of their grandchildren. Though some took longer to
grasp the concepts, their excitement when finally making a video call or ordering successfully
made every effort worthwhile.
This experience taught me that patience is key in communication. It also made me realize
that in our digital age, helping the elderly adapt isn’t just a favor — it’s a way to connect
generations and spread warmth. The smiles on their faces were the best reward I could ask for.
Thank you!

Finally, I picked up all my courage and raised my hand. “Is anything wrong?” The male
teacher’s sweeping gaze met mine, and his voice cracked like thunder in the silent classroom. I
lowered my head instantly under the other students’ stare. The female teacher turned around,
but I instinctively shrank even lower. At last, I managed to stammer out the words that had been
circling in my mind for what felt like centuries. “Could I have a bottle of water?” I heard her warm
voice with a hint of laughter. “Of course,” The male teacher stepped down with the bottle, and
what surprised me more was that he even twisted off the cap for me. “Does anyone need any
help?” he asked, looking around. “We’re here for you.”
In an instant, my mind was set to rest. With the bottle in hand, I took a deep breath and
began to skim the listening-comprehension questions. At first, I was still nervous and kept taking
small sips of water, which miraculous y brought relief. An unexplainable force urged me to lift my
head; the moment I saw the teachers, I heard a voice inside me say, “They’re doing their job, and
I should do mine.” I turned back to my paper, and my uneasiness gradually ebbed away. When
the bell finally announced the end of the exam, I watched the two figures methodically collecting
the papers, and the anxiety inside me was replaced by pure warmth and gratitude. Since then, I
have known the extraordinary power of an ordinary bottle of water.

These days, many parents are worried because their children spend too much time indoors
doing things such as watching TV or playing computer games. A 2018 study in the United
Kingdom revealed that children spend about four hours outside per week, roughly 50% less than
their parents had as kids.
Spending time outdoors isn’t just enjoyable, it’s also necessary. Many researchers agree
that kids who play outside are happier, better at paying attention and less anxious than kids whospend more time indoors. Spending time in nature can build their confidence.
There’s a lot less structure than most types of indoor play, and they can choose how they
interact with the nature around them. This gives them practice, managing their own actions and
encourages creativity and imagination. Being outdoors can also teach them responsibility.
For example, if they are in charge of watering a plant, they can learn that they must take
care of living things to keep them alive. Being outside gets kids moving too. Regardless of what
they’re doing, there’s usually more exercise involved than if they were sitting on the couch.
Not only is exercise good for kids’ bodies, it seems to make them more focused.
