Samuel Ryde comes from London, England. He is a photographer (摄影师). In 2010, people
around him began to write blog posts (博客帖子). When Samuel started to think about what kind
of blog to make, his first thought was to post photos. Then he decided to take a photo at the same
time every day. On the 16th of February in 2012, Samuel set an alarm for 12:34 on his phone. He
chose that time because it was 1-2-3-4. At first, Samuel planned to do it for just a year. When he
successfully did it, he set a goal (目标) of 10 years. Some of his photos appear meaningless.
However, Samuel says they are the truest reflection (反映) of life. And he believes that’s the
beauty of doing something for ten years.“If you ask someone to pose, that’s not the real them.
They’re just showing when they want to be photographed. All my photos show the real moments
of life,” says Samuel.
Ten years has passed and Samuel has reached his goal. Now, he says he will keep doing it for
