本句是现在完成时的一般疑问句式。
现在完成时肯定句：have / has +过去分词
否定句：have / has not +过去分词
一般疑问句：Have / Has +主语+ 过去分词+...?
e. g. I have finished reading the book.
Have you finished reading the book?
yet / already常用于现在完成时
already一般用于 肯定句 句中, have/has 之后,表示“已经”。
yet常用于 一般疑问句 或 否定句 的句末。
用于疑问句中时，意为“已经”；用于否定句中时，意为“还”。
