As we all know, it is common for teenagers to have different problems. So how
to deal with them has become an urgent matter. The following advice may be of some
help.
The body is the capital of revolution. Health is important, but now many
teenagers are too fat or too weak. If so, try to change your diet. Having more fruit and
vegetables, drinking water instead of cola can be helpful. Also, if you can develop a
healthy diet, your study will greatly be improved.
However, there are still problems on study. If we cannot have enough time for
