Did you ever meet someone who looked confident even before they spoke? Confidence isn't something you're born with. You can learn it. But how?

In fact, your body sends messages all the time. When you use confident body language, over time, it can help you feel more confident too.

First start with your posture (姿势). Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed. When you walk, move steadily (平稳地) and naturally. Rushing can make you look nervous (紧张的), while natural movements show that you feel calm and in control.
