口头通知
口头通知要注意以下几点：
(1) 要有称呼用语。如：在正式场合用的Ladies and gentlemen,对学生用的Boys and girls 等。
(2) 要有开头语。常用的开头语有：
May I have your attention, please?
Be quite. There is something important I have to tell you.
You need to know.
I have something to tell you.
(3) 时态问题。口头通知是要告诉大家即将进行的活动，因此要以一般将来时为主。
(4) 人称问题。口头通知常用第二人称表示被通知的对象。
(5) 要有结束语。常用的结束语有：

口头通知套语
(1) 在用口头下达通知时，发通知者通常要将听通知人的注意力吸引过来，这类表达常见的有：
