A Cross-Country Running Race
Last Sunday witnessed an extraordinary cross-country running race, which nearly drew the attention of every
student and teacher of our school.
The students selected from every class took part in the competition. The route measured five kilometers,
from our school gate to the foot of Nanshan Mountain. Every runner tried their best to finish the task, with their
classmates along the way giving them necessarily help as well as encouragement. At last, all the runners managed
to arrive the finish line, receiving cheers from all the directions.
The activity was highly spoken of, because not only did it provide chance for us to exercise, but also made us
more cohesive.

一、文章结构
新闻报道是记叙文的一种,其特点是以事实为依据, 对人的经历或事实给予明确的、实事求是的报
道。写作过程中要保持事件的真实性、准确性,语言要准确、简练、通俗易懂,不必追求过分花哨的词汇
和过于复杂的句型。具体写作架构为:
