On-site Inspection – Control at the Source, Reject Unqualified Products

主母线与一次回路的连接，是配电柜载流的核心环节，接触不良、紧固扭矩不足、搭接面处理不当，都会导致局部温升超标、烧蚀接头，甚至引发短路故障，是验收必须严控的核心项。Connection of main busway and primary circuit is critical for current transmission. Poor contact, insufficient torque or improper joint treatment cause local overheating, joint ablation and even short circuits, requiring strict control during acceptance.

核心验收要点Core Acceptance Items

1.母线排规格、材质、载流能力必须与设计图纸一致，铜排纯度不低于 99.95%，表面镀锡处理，无氧化、划痕、变形；busway specification, material and current capacity must match design drawings; copper bar purity ≥99.95%, tinned surface, free of oxidation, scratches or deformation;

2.母线搭接面必须平整、清洁，涂抹导电膏，螺栓紧固必须使用扭矩扳手，严格按照对应规格的扭矩值紧固，不得欠拧、过拧；busway contact surfaces must be flat and clean with conductive grease applied; bolts tightened with torque wrench to specified values without under or over-tightening;

3.母线相序标识清晰、正确，无错相、漏标；Clear and correct phase sequence identification with no misphasing or missing labels;

4.母线相间、相对地的安全净距，必须符合国标要求，额定电压 380V 时，电气间隙不小于 12mm。Safe clearance between phases and to ground complies with national standards; electrical clearance ≥12mm at rated voltage 380V.

①　美嘉配电柜标配高纯度无氧铜母线排，纯度≥99.95%，表面全自动镀锡处理，出厂前已完成标准化冲孔、折弯加工，现场无需二次打孔，避免破坏镀层与母线结构；Mega cabinets are equipped with high-purity oxygen-free copper busways (purity ≥99.95%) with fully automatic tinning. Standardized punching and bending are completed before delivery, avoiding on-site secondary drilling that damages plating and structure;

②　每台产品的安装说明书中，均明确标注了不同规格母线的标准紧固扭矩值，现场技术人员可全程指导施工，确保搭接面接触可靠；Standard tightening torque values for different busway specifications are clearly listed in the installation manual, with on-site technical guidance to ensure reliable contact;

③　母线相序色标出厂前已完成标准化喷涂，清晰耐磨不脱落，同时标配绝缘防护套，最大限度保障现场施工与后期运维安全；Phase sequence color codes are sprayed before delivery for durability, with insulation sleeves provided to maximize construction and operation safety;

④　针对大电流场景，美嘉母线采用双拼、多拼结构优化设计，均衡电流分布，降低集肤效应，避免局部发热，所有设计均通过型式试验验证，温升控制符合国标要求。For high-current applications, dual or multiple busway design optimizes current distribution, reduces skin effect and local heating. All designs pass type testing with temperature rise control meeting national standards.

二次回路是配电柜的 “神经中枢”，负责控制、保护、计量、信号传输，接线错误、接触不良，会直接导致保护拒动、误动、计量失准，甚至引发主回路故障。The secondary circuit acts as the “nerve center” for control, protection, metering and signal transmission. Wiring errors or poor contact directly cause protection failure, malfunction, inaccurate metering and even primary circuit faults.

核心验收要点Core Acceptance Items

1.二次接线必须与设计原理图完全一致，线号清晰、准确、不脱落，线号与端子排、元器件编号一一对应；Secondary wiring fully matches design schematics with clear, durable wire numbers corresponding to terminal blocks and components;

2.控制回路采用铜芯绝缘导线，线径不小于 1.5mm²，计量回路导线线径不小于 2.5mm²，无中间接头，绝缘层无破损；Copper-core insulated wires ≥1.5mm² for control circuits, ≥2.5mm² for metering circuits, free of intermediate joints and insulation damage;

3.接线整齐美观，绑扎牢固，每个端子接线不超过 2 根，螺栓紧固可靠，备用芯线预留足够长度；Neat and secure wiring, maximum 2 wires per terminal, reliable bolting and sufficient length for spare cores;

4.屏蔽线的屏蔽层必须按设计要求单端接地，避免干扰；二次插件、航空插头插接可靠，无松动、错接。Shielded cables grounded at one end as designed to avoid interference; secondary connectors and aviation plugs securely attached without looseness or miswiring.

美嘉产品Mega Products：

①　美嘉所有配电柜的二次回路，出厂前均在车间完成标准化接线、100% 校线、全功能通电测试，接线工人均持证上岗，每台产品的接线质量可追溯到个人；All secondary wiring is factory-completed with 100% continuity testing and full-function energized inspection. Wiring technicians are certified, with quality traceable to individuals;

②　二次回路标配国标阻燃铜芯线，控制回路 1.5mm²、计量回路 2.5mm²，线号采用全自动烫印工艺，防水耐磨不脱落，与原理图、端子排图完全对应，现场校线零障碍；National standard flame-retardant copper wires are standard: 1.5mm² for control, 2.5mm² for metering. Wire numbers are hot-stamped for waterproof and wear resistance, fully matching schematics for easy on-site calibration;

③　抽屉柜二次插件采用镀金触点，插拔寿命≥10000 次，接触可靠，出厂前完成插拔测试与通断校验；Draw-out cabinet secondary connectors use gold-plated contacts with plug life ≥10,000 times, tested before delivery;

④　精密配电柜的计量回路、信号回路，标配屏蔽导线，出厂前已完成单端接地处理，现场无需额外改动，避免信号干扰，保障计量精度。Precision cabinet metering and signal circuits include shielded wires with pre-finished single-end grounding, avoiding signal interference and ensuring metering accuracy.

接地系统是配电柜安全运行的最后一道防线，接地不可靠、连续性差，会导致设备漏电时保护拒动，引发人身触电、设备烧毁事故，是验收的一票否决项。

The grounding system is the final safety barrier. Unreliable grounding or poor continuity leads to protection failure during leakage, causing electric shock and equipment damage, constituting a veto item in acceptance.

很多项目为了赶工期，省略了通电前的测试环节，直接送电试运行，极易引发短路、元器件烧毁等重大事故，通电前的交接试验，是必须执行的强制流程。 

Many projects skip pre-energization tests to save time, leading to short circuits and component burnout. Pre-energization handover tests are mandatory.

竣工验收不是简单的通电试机，而是对整个安装过程的全面复核，完整的资料归档，更是后期运维、改造、检修的核心依据，必须严格执行。

Completion acceptance is not simply trial operation but a comprehensive review of installation. Complete archived documents are essential for later operation, renovation and maintenance.
