



如果跑步后没有明显的关节磨损症状(膝关节内侧疼痛、上下楼梯疼、长时间跑步后关节积液),不需要预防性补充氨糖,目前没有证据支持对无症状的健康跑者进行预防性补充。
如果跑步后有轻度关节磨损不适、晨起轻微僵硬,氨糖可以作为辅助选项,但需要连续服用6到8周才能观察到效果,不是即时起效的止痛药。

没有关节疼,不代表骨密度没有问题——两件事机制不同,不要用疼不疼来判断骨头好不好。
氯膦酸二钠不是止痛药,它的核心价值是预防骨转移和保护骨密度,要不要用,取决于你的绝经状态、骨密度基线、骨转移风险,和关节疼不疼无关。
跑步对骨密度是主动保护,建议坚持,同时配合骨密度的定期监测。氨糖针对的是软骨磨损,跑步有软骨磨损症状时可以辅助使用,但选产品时注意避开含植物雌激素成分,预防性补充证据不充分。
