中国文化促进会主席在开幕式上致辞。"作为国际茶叶节的主要推动者，作为茶叶的发源地和茶叶生产
的最大的国家，中国有责任与其他国家合作，促进茶业的健康发展。他说："这有助于为人类建立一个拥有
共享未来的社区。
在仪式上发布的 "首届国际茶叶日茶路合作倡议 "呼吁从事茶业的人们走到一起，促进国际合作文化
交流。根据该倡议，还发布了一个为期四年的茶叶推广--茶路合作计划。
为了加强与年轻人的联系，此次活动在社交媒体上开展了多项公共宣传活动，邀请了来自世界各地的
29位茶叶专业人士进行了36小时的不间断直播。
中国古代茶叶博物馆在仪式上正式揭幕，开启了它的第一个展览----真理之路--普洱茶特展。
