Just last year, I was 56 a workshop when someone knocked at the classroom door.
56. A. observing B. preparing
C. designing D. conducting
and/or do a particular activity,组织;安排;实施;执行的含义,从而导致错选,此题的错误原因是常考重点
In the store, I asked each of my kids to pick something they thought our “ friend ” there
would 46
46. A. order B. supply C. appreciate D. discover
此时appreciate的英文含义为 to be grateful for sth. that sb had done; to welcome sth.
Larry pulled over, set the brake and 47 the fire extinguisher (灭火器) . Two good bursts from
the extinguisher and the fire was put out.
47. A. got hold of B. prepared C. took charge of D. controlled
Larry
At the base is a rainforest. It ends abruptly at 3,000 meters, 54
land of low growing plants. Further up, the weather changes—low clouds envelope the mountains, which are
covered with thick grass.
54. A. holding on to B. going back to C. living up to D.giving way to
give way to并
When they showed up for their Sunday game, they were completely different. They had begun
to integrate (融合) the kinds of play and teamwork they had 54 the day before into their game.
54. A. seen B. known C. heard D. read
The kid apparently know the 44 . But our insisting it’s merely a window has kept
them from attempting millions of requests to open the door.
I’m telling them
they can’t open what they absolutely know is a door. what引导的宾语从句可以得知孩子们其实是知道真相的,
I should just 59 repeatedly having to say, “No. We can’t go outside now.”
