How to keep healthy
Health is very important for us. To stay healthy, we can follow these ideas.
First, eat well. Have more fruits and vegetables-they give us vitamins. Stay away from junk food like chips; it's
bad for our bodies. Second, sleep enough. Go to bed early and get up early. Teenagers need at least 8 hours of
sleep daily. Good sleep gives us energy. Third, exercise often. Run in the morning or play ball games after school.
Exercise keeps us strong and happy.
By doing these, we'll have healthy bodies and enjoy life more!
